The most important things that I have learned about this article is that Brian Bacon was a great pioneer who was also a great leader who developed over 30 corporate turnarounds. And in "Beyond You & Me" book, there was a lot of information that I took and learned a lot from especially the part about how coaching can be applied in an ecovillage. And in ecovillage diversity and democracy among the members is generally honored and even when there is hierarchy, there is more flexibility in who gets to play which role. One goal of mine in the future is to get involved in a solar company that could really save energy on our planet, but also save people lots of money as well. Getting into this, I can be a leader and get more people involved in this, and also help save energy throughout the world.
But doing this, it would take a lot of hard work to achieve this goal because of the fact of having to get the information needed to get across to the customers which I believe is the hardest part because of how sometimes it is hard to get out what you want to do when there is still money involved, I would really have to have a good presentation to show how good this product really is. There would be a lot of barriers involved in starting to do this such as maybe customers not committing to this product and also allies in which there are many different solar companies that offer the same thing, and it would be harder if people are already interested in that product before we could could get a chance to sell ours.
